WHO'S THE REAL BOSS? MAN OR WOMAN
In the real world, we see men as the boss in almost all kind organization. Men are the normal big bosses in most nations, most companies, most groups or just any kind of organizations. Perhaps the reason for this can be explained in three aspects, first historically, second psychologically and third physically. Historically, men are the always the boss specially in a religious organization. The bible and Quran are male bias no doubt. Psychologically, men are aggressive, adventurous and has more straight forward thinking. Physically, men are the bigger specie compare to women. All of these are not justifications why men are the usual boss. This is more of rationalizing in trying to understand this phenomenon
Enter the Wowen. History has been unkind to women. They are stereotyped as second class citizens next to men. They are the supporting actresses in every great story of men. Only in the 20th century that the rule of women in this world was slowly recognized and given credit. Many now believed that women are equal to men. Period!
But contrary to the written history and observations of the so called authorities and experts about Women's rule in our society, Women are the real bosses in our society. Women are the ones who forms opinion, influence decision makers and persuade people to act on something long before decisions and actions were made. Long before little boys become big bosses in great organizations, they were all dependent to "Mama's" opinion, point of view and guidance. Days before big bosses of nations and corporation make crucial decisions, they have conferred with their wives, girl friends or Secretaries for some "guidance" if their decisions are actually correct.
Big decisions in this world does not happen in big meetings and conferences. Big decision were actually made in dining table, inside the bedrooms were Big Bosses seek guidance from the true Bosses, the women. Many men will disagree, but women as some kind of intuition that rarely missed. If you look at the images of big bosses in the world, be it a political or a business organization, you can clearly conclude that a great woman is behind their success with the way they dress and flaunt their tummies and good looks. Without a mother, a wife, a GF or any woman to support any man, success is unlikely to be achieved. Because men are just little boys inside who always needs a woman to guide him through. Women are the real Boss in this world. They know what's best for every small and big man. Every day, the Big Bosses that we know of will always come home and seek approval, guidance and piece of soothing words from their Women, the real boss in their lives.
